Jacob was a talented negotiator, a skilled deal-maker. The problem is that he tried to cut deals
with God, sometimes negotiating with God to get what God had already promised
to give. Jacob, like us, tried to set
conditions on God’s unconditional promises; and he almost lost the very
blessings he wanted to receive.
If you’ll learn from Jacob’s story, you’ll realize how to live with much
less stress and much more assurance of God’s favor. The key is learning to live without a certain
2-letter word.
The title of the message is: STOP
IFFING UP GOD’S WILL.
Listen
well.
